About Nicole Sieberhagen

My Story

Nicole is a Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She holds a Bachelors- and BCom Honours Degrees in Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management from Stellenbosch University.
After 10 years of working as a Labour Consultant and HR Business Partner in various industries including Retail, Hospitality, IT, Wine, Farming and other sectors, she found her passion in Psychometrics. The scientific and proven value that it can add to an individual and company is what attracted her most to using Psychometric assessments.
Once she discovered her passion for Psychometrics at the age of 33 (already established in her HR career), she took a leap of faith to follow her dream career. She returned to full-time studies and obtained an Honours degree (cum laude) in Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch. Furthermore, she enrolled in the BPsych Equivalence Programme at the University of Stellenbosch whilst completing her internship at the Department of Education.
After registering with the HPCSA she opened her own practice in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs assisting clients from all over the country.
On a more personal note, she is a mom of 2 young kids and a beloved blind dog, Coco Pop. Nicole lives in Cape Town and loves spending time with family and friends, going out to wine farms and appreciating our beautiful country.
Please feel free to contact the practice to discuss how we can best assist you.
